Eugene Cho co-founded the international touring act Escort in 2006. In addition to writing and co-writing, he has produced and mixed all of their output to date including three full-length albums and multiple remixes.

Under Eugene’s guidance as bandleader, Escort has been critically acclaimed since their first single "Starlight" in 2006 in websites and publications globally, including Rolling Stone (top 50 albums of the year), Pitchfork (top 100 songs of the year), The Guardian (band of the day), The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and Spin (top 50 albums of the year).

The band’s music has been featured in television shows and movies including 20 Century Fox production of “The Sitter,” Magnolia Pictures “Results,” MTV’s “Awkward,” NBC’s "The Mindy Project" and “Parks & Recreation.”

The band has played hundreds of shows on stages across the globe, including Coachella, EDP Cool Jazz in Portugal, 5 Days Off in Amsterdam and Montreal Jazz Festival in Canada.

Escort has produced featured remixes for RAC, Antena, Tracey Thorn and Feist.

Eugene has been composing music for television and commercials for over a decade. He has also composed theme songs for television shows on Comedy Central, E!, Netflix and Spike, including comedy specials for David Spade, Artie Lange, Jim Jefferies, John Mulaney and Tracy Morgan.

His compositions have been featured on worldwide advertising campaigns for international brands including Mercedes Benz, Rolex, Facebook, Citibank, ESPN, Schick (Wilkinson Sword), Porsche, Amex, Microsoft, itv2, Playstation, Nissan, Verizon and Nike.
